Glass Factory, Doncaster.

Bright sunshine following inclement snowy weather meant that the highways and byways were passable. I blasted it over to Worst Yorkshire in the "Sports Estate Vehicle" to meet up with @DrMuttley

A week previously he'd uncovered this XL derp, which looked like a very worthy mooch despite the apparent lack of anything that is usually construed by people as "epic"

Being a fan of massive man made spaces, this added buoyancy to my waterborne vessel.

Being as were within sight of the Thorpe Marsh cooling towers, it would have been rude not to pay one final visit before they're pulled over (not blown up)

  1. Hi,

Marsh Road next to the Power Station should be closed until April according to the road closure notices in the Sheffield Telegraph today so can't be long now.

I've done a complete-ish history of the power station too which is better than anything on Wikipedia the grammer is a bit rubbish at present so it'll go through a re-write soon http://priorieshistoricalsociety.blogspot.com/2012/03/article-history-of-thorpe-marsh-power.html

    Enjoy :)
